Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif materi aktivitas permainan bolabasket melalui model TGT pada siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 2 Srengat Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas VIII A. Hasil belajar ranah pengetahuan siswa pada pratindakan adalah 31,43% , meningkat 20% menjadi 51,43% pada siklus I, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat 37,14%  menjadi 88,57%.  Kata Kunci : TGT, hasil belajar, dan aktivitas permainan bolabasketAbstrak : This research is aimed to know the improvement of cognitive learning achievements on basketball games activity topic by using TGT on grade 8th A student of SMPN 2 Srengat Kabupaten Blitar. This research uses qualitative approach type class action reseach (PTK) which held in 2 cycle. The subject of the research is 35 student of  grade 8th A. The student’s cognitive learning achievement in pre cycle is 31,43%, increasing 20% become 51,43% in cycle I, then in cycle II increasing 37,14% become 88,57%.Key words : TGT, learning achievement, and basketball games activity

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan plyometric depth jump, pengaruh latihan plyometric rim jumps, serta mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh latihan power otot tungkai antara latihan plyometric depth jump dan rim jumps pada peserta putra ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMP Negeri 3 Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan The Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Total subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 peserta tim putra ekstrakurikuler bolabasket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengaruh pemberian program latihan plyometric depth jump dan plyometric rim jumps terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai peserta tim putra ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMP Negeri 3 Malang, serta dari kedua pemberian program latihan tersebut program latihan plyometric depth jump lebih baik dalam upaya peningkatan power otot tungkai peserta tim putra ekstrakuerikuler bolabasket SMP Negeri 3 Malang.

Abstract

The use of online  assessment s has been widely used in various fields including universities. Research to find the validity of online  assessment s has been conducted and the results are high but the opinions of people who are assessed on the application of online  assessment s have not been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the opinion of the person being assessed after conducting an online  assessment . 150 students were selected to be respondents consisting of 126 male and 24 female who were taken by the sampling technique, namely the total sampling. The application of online  assessment s in universities is very suitable. There are several advantages to implementing online  assessment s, including 1) it is preferred by students so that students will be motivated to conduct assessment s; 2) high accessibility and flexibility; 3) rapid feedback. Therefore, the use of online  assessment s in higher education can be done without reducing the quality of the assessment .
